This policy explains how Starfoil LLC ("we") handles your information when you use starfoil.store.

What we collect

• When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping or billing address, and what you bought. You give us these at checkout.
• Your payment card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you browse: our web host (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs such as IP address and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies

We use one cookie, to remember what's in your cart. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites. It tells us things like which pages are popular, not who you are.

How we use it

• To process, fulfil and support your order, and to email you about it (for example to send your tracking number).
• To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping sales and tax records.
• If you ask us to tell you when a card is back in stock, we use your email for that one alert only.
• We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (order emails), and USPS when we ship to you. Each handles your information only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, then delete them.
