Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from Starfoil LLC through starfoil.store. By placing an order you agree to them, along with our Shipping and Returns policies.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Stock

Our singles are also sold on other marketplaces such as CardTrader, and stock on this site updates every few minutes. Very occasionally the last copy of a card sells elsewhere at the same moment you buy it. If that happens we'll refund that item in full and let you know.

Card conditions

We grade singles on this scale:

• Near Mint (NM): looks unplayed or nearly so; at most a tiny flaw on close inspection.
• Lightly Played (LP): minor edge or corner wear or light scratches; no major damage.
• Moderately Played (MP): noticeable wear, scuffing or minor creasing, but still sleeve-playable.
• Heavily Played (HP): heavy wear, creases or whitening throughout.
• Damaged (DMG): major damage such as tears, water damage or bends.

Foils can show some natural curling, which doesn't affect the grade.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it, as described in our Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
